Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your account password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is up to date

Permitted Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Creating legitimate status pages
  • Monitoring your own services
  • Sharing status information
  • Using for business purposes
Not Allowed
  • Violating any applicable laws
  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Distributing malware or viruses
  • Harassing or abusing others
  • Creating fake or abusive accounts
  • Unauthorized security or penetration testing

Registration Abuse

We do not tolerate registration abuse of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions, using false identities, automated or bulk account creation, and any other activity that undermines the integrity of our registration process. Accounts found to be engaging in registration abuse will be suspended immediately.

Unauthorized Security Testing

Intentional penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, fuzzing, or any form of unauthorized security probing against or its infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Performing such activities without explicit written authorization from us constitutes abuse of our platform and a violation of these Terms. Accounts found to be engaging in unauthorized security testing will be suspended without warning.

Responsible Disclosure

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability or have a security concern about our platform, please do not attempt to exploit or test it. Instead, report it to us responsibly:

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon Termination

Your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to delete your account.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

99.9% Monthly Uptime Target

targets 99.9% monthly uptime for all paid plans, measured per calendar month. Monthly uptime is calculated as:

(total minutes in month − downtime minutes) ÷ total minutes in month × 100

Downtime is defined as periods where is unavailable to authenticated users on paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 24 hours in advance via status.statuspage.me are excluded from downtime calculations.

Service Credit Schedule

If fails to meet the 99.9% monthly uptime target, eligible paid subscribers may request service credits:

Credit Terms
  • Credits apply to paid plans only. Free plan accounts are not eligible.
  • The maximum credit in any calendar month is 50% of that month's subscription fee, regardless of total downtime duration.
  • Credits are applied as account balance toward future invoices. They are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
  • Credits do not apply to one-time purchases, lifetime deals, or add-ons.
  • Credits cannot be combined across months or carried forward beyond 12 months from the date of issue.
How to Request a Credit

Submit a request to hey@statuspage.me within 30 days of the end of the month in which the SLA was not met. Include:

  • Your account email address
  • The affected calendar month
  • A reference to the relevant incident on status.statuspage.me

Eligible credits will be reviewed and applied within 10 business days of a verified request.

Exclusions

This SLA and credit schedule do not apply to downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance
  • Circumstances beyond 's reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, regional internet disruptions)
  • Third-party service failures outside 's infrastructure, including upstream hosting providers, DNS registrars, CDN networks, and payment processors
  • Actions or omissions by the customer or their users, including misconfigured DNS, expired certificates on customer domains, or accidental deletion of resources
  • Free plan accounts
