Data Storage
All customer data — databases, backups, monitoring data — stays within the EU.
No Transatlantic Transfers
Your application data is stored and processed entirely within the EU. The only exception is payment processing, handled by our Merchant of Record (see Subprocessors).
European Infrastructure
Hosted on European infrastructure, not on US hyperscalers subject to CLOUD Act or FISA 702 requests.
Privacy-First Approach

Minimal Cookies
Only essential authentication cookies. No tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner needed for third-party analytics.
IP Hashing
IP addresses are SHA256-hashed before storage. We never store raw IPs in our application database.
Auto-Deletion
Account data is automatically purged 60–90 days after closure. No data hoarding.
