Billing Add-Ons

Add-ons let you extend specific plan limits without upgrading your entire subscription. They are one-time purchases that stay active for the lifetime of your account.
Where to Find It
In the dashboard, open:
- Billing → Add-Ons

What Add-Ons Are Available
The add-ons catalog is updated periodically. Currently available add-ons include additional monitor slots and additional status page slots that expand beyond your plan’s included allowance.
Each add-on card on the page shows:
- The add-on name and what it unlocks
- The one-time price
- A Buy button that takes you to checkout
How to Purchase an Add-On
- Go to Billing → Add-Ons
- Find the add-on you want
- Click Buy
- Complete the checkout (powered by Dodo Payments)
- After payment, you are redirected back to the Add-Ons page with a confirmation
The add-on is activated immediately after a successful payment.
Active Add-Ons
The page shows a list of add-ons you have already purchased under the Your Active Add-Ons section. Each active add-on shows:
- What the add-on provides
- When it was purchased
Add-Ons vs Plan Upgrades
Add-ons top up a specific limit on your current plan. If you need access to features (on-call, runbooks, advanced analytics), you need to upgrade your plan — add-ons only extend quantity limits like monitor counts and status page counts.
